The Black Stars have once again lost in a friendly ahead of their first group game on Monday against Nigeria.
Ghana were this afternoon beaten 2-1 by Egyptian side, Ismailia in Port Said.
Baba Armando put the Stars ahead in the first half.
But back from recess, Ismailia got the equaliser through a penalty.
Defender, Dan Edusei was shown the sent off for impeding an Ismailia player that earned the Egyptians the penalty.
Some minutes later, Ismailia went ahead again.
The Stars played with what can be described as a second string side.
Hamza Mohammed captained the team in the absence of Stephen Appiah who is away on club duties with his Turkish side, Fenerbahce.
Ghana are billed to play their second friendly of the day against El Masry also an Egyptian club side later today.
The defeat is the Stars' third loss after two earlier losses to Togo and Tunisia last week.
