Canadian Premier League side Valour FC have confirmed signing Ghanaian winger Solomon Kojo Antwi for the 2020 season.
The 19-year-old joins the Winnipeg-based side from Ghanaian side Glow Lamp Academy.
Valour FC coach Rob Gale eulogized the qualities of the former Ghana U20 player.
“Solomon is a player that we identified in last summer’s transfer window, and we are delighted that the visa process and contracts are now finalized,” Gale said.
''As a U-20 Ghanaian international and at just 19 years of age, he has huge potential that we hope we can help him realize in Winnipeg.''
The Elmina-born gets to play for his first club abroad after his inability to secure a visa scuppered a move to Belgian club Gent in February of 2019.
