Berekum Chelsea striker Emmanuel Clottey will be undergoing medicals with Tunisian giants Esperance Sportive de Tunis this week.
Chelsea have agreed a US$1.5 million transfer fee with the reigning Caf Champions League title holders.
The 25-year-old is expected to earn about US$500,000 a year after agreeing personal terms.
