Hearts of Oak Kenichi Yatsuhashi has admitted his charges were below par in their shock MTN FA Cup elimination last Saturday.
The Phobians got bundled out by Division One League side Sarmatex in Samreboi 4-2 on penalties after drawing goalless in regulation time.
Hearts have now gone three matches without a win in all competitions.
“I think we didn’t play well and that is why we lost. It was not a good game. I think we just didn’t play well at all,” the Japanese told Hearts of Oak’s Communication Division.
“We need to get all 11 players on the pitch playing their best.
“I think we have two training sessions before next match so will definitely work on something to try to turn it around.”
Hearts of Oak are at home to WAFA on Wednesday in the Ghana Premier League.
