Coaching course for 30 referees slated to Ghanaman Centre of Excellence

Accra, Sept. 14, GNA - As part of preparations towards the 2006 Divisional One League, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) will organise a three-day coaching course for 30 selected referees at the Ghanaman Centre of Excellence at Prampram.

The course scheduled for between September 18-20, has the selected referees drawn from various parts of the country.

Referee Alex Quartey, Vice Chairman of the Referees Committee in a release copied to the GNA Sports advised the under-listed referees to endeavour to attend the course.

The selected referees include David Wormade, P.P. Awuah, Victor Tsawodzi, Sampson Sowah - Tema, Jonathan Tetteh, J.A. Amenyah, Paul Aggrey and C.K. Kumasenu, 96 Accra, Kwame Ghartey, Felix Mishiame, B.K. Aidoo and Asiedu Korankye 96 Cape Coast, S.A. Dartey and E.B.B. Yakima - Sunyani, Christopher Wuasi and Solomon Mordey - Ho, Patrick Kyeremanteng, David Kumah and Richard Appiah 96 Kumasi, Stone Worsey and Sylvester Adzoku 96 Takoradi and David Yawson 96 Obuasi. The rest are A.A. Gyan - Tamale, Lucky Kpovi 96 Aflao, Mohammed Osman 96 Hohoe, A.A. Payne and Peter Ekubore 96 Tarkwa, Michael Agyei =96 Suhum, Jhon Dadzi - Koforidua and Clement Goha 96 Mampong-Akwapim. The listed referees are expected to report at the venue at 4:00pm on Monday. 14 Sept. 06
