Cofie could sign for Hoffenheim in the summer

German Bundesliga side TSG Hoffenheim are reportedly tracking Ghanaian international midfielder Isaac Cofie who is unhappy at Serie A side Chievo Verona.

The 24-year-old has started just seven Serie A games this season at the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi and has resolved to leave Chievo at the end of the season.

Already Serie B side Cesena have approached representatives of the player about a possible summer signing.

However German side Hoffenheim are also considering a deal to sign him when the summer window opens but everything will boil down to parties reaching an agreement in the deal as Genoa still hold a percentage in the rights of the midfielder who is capped once by Ghana.
