The Ghana Football Association has appointed a three-man committee to oversee the process of setting up a pension fund to support retired Ghanaian footballers.
GFA President Kwesi Nyantakyi, Randy Abbey and Wilfred Kwaku Osei will form the committee to set up the modalities for the setting up of the fund.
The committee will start its work with immediate effect.
This is part of the GFA's vision to help former footballers who are struggling to make ends meet since retiring from the game.
