Central regional FA chairman M.N.S Doe has dismissed corruption against Ghana FA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi as ‘rubbish’.
The outspoken Central FA chief says corruption allegations against the widely respected football administrator are baseless and mischievous.
There have been mounting and constant allegations of corruption leveled against the incumbent FA boss in the local media even though no concrete evidence has been deduced to back the claims.
The Ghana FA goes into elections later this year with Nyantakyi hugely tipped to romp home with another landslide victory.
Doe says allegations against the FA boss are completely wide off the mark.
“People talk about corruption without backing those claims with any evidence,” he said.
“It’s just easy to shout on top of your voice and make baseless allegations. Anybody can do that.
“If they claim monies are being shared among members of the FA, what is wrong with that? They are all rubbish talk.
“If I work at the FA, where should I get my bed and butter from? If he shares it with us, we’ll take because we’re working.
“I simply don’t understand some of these people. I don’t get it. “They can shout all they can, we know we’re working for the good of Ghana football.”
