Danish Superliga club, FC Midtjylland has expressed interest in two Ghanaians - Mumuni Kadir and Rasheed Avenor. The two were among five players who graduated from FCM Maamobi, a Ghanaian academy that is partnered by the Danish Club. The five were invited for training with Midtjylland last summer during which they impressed the handlers of the Danish side.
Kadir and Avenor?s next text will be to impress Midtjylland new coach, Troels Bech who takes over the club on July 1.
Two other players have been sent on trials with Dutch and Belgian clubs. The fifth player, striker Mohammed Awudu will be returning to Accra to join FCM Maamobi. Midtjylland officials say, he simply wasn't good enough.
