Ghana defender David Addy is in England negotiating deals to join either Crystal Palace or Derby County, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
The 24-year-old is currently a free agent following the expiration of his two-year contract with Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes.
Addy has been on a hunt for a new club all summer and is now close to securing a deal with either Crystal Palace or Derby County.
The ex-FC Porto youngster’s agent is in deep negotiations with the two clubs despite interests elsewhere in Europe.
A concrete deal can therefore be reached somewhere next week when negotiations are concluded.
Addy is desperate to get his club career back on track following the setback of not extending his contract with Guimaraes with whom he won the Portuguese Cup in the 2012/13 season, which earned him a debut camping in the UEFA Europa League.
