Dede Offered 4-year Deal By Newcastle

Newcastle have prepared a lucrative offer of a four-year deal for Ghana forward Andre Ayew, according to reports in the English tabloids.

The 25-year-old has been linked to a host of clubs with his current deal at Olympique Marseille set to expire this summer.

Ayew has refused to take a pay cut to sign a contract extension with the French club.

He is thus looking for a fresh challenge and also an opportunity to significantly improve his wages.

The Ghanaian was reported two months ago to have agreed in principle to join the Toons.

This report eventually proved false with other clubs such us Roma, Wolfsburg, Napoli, Everton and Swansea stepping up their interest.

The Mirror newspaper in the UK reports that Newcastle will be making a four-year deal offer to Ayew’s representatives.

The catch to the deal will however be the massive wage to be pledged to the Ghanaian in a bid to sway him into joining them this summer.
