Dickoh wants out of Denmark

Ghanaian international Francis Dickoh says he wants to leave FC Nordsjaelland before the end of August.

The 23-year-old defender shot to fame as a surprise inclusion for The Black Stars at the African Cup of Nations in Egypt, but he failed to make the squad for this summer's World Cup.

He has been linked with a move to join Martin Jol's Tottenham Hotspur in the past though, and everyone is agreed that he would be best off leaving Denmark to experience top flight football in another country.

"Right now, it's both mine and the club's ambition that I shall move before the transfer window closes," Dickoh told Onside.dk.

Dickoh has already opened his account for the new season in the Danish Superliga and the Farum Park outfit are currently third in the competition.
