Accra, Sept. 19, GNA - The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) will sit on Thursday, September 22, to deliberate on series of disciplinary cases against some players, clubs, officials and referees.
Appearing before the Committee are clubs from Premier, Division One and Two Leagues.
Among the Premeir League clubs to appear are Accra Hearts of Oak and Ashgold, Feyenoord and King Faisal, Kade Hotspurs and Sekondi Hasaacas, Ashanti Kotoko and Ebusua Dwarfs, Dwarfs and Feyenoord and Hasaacas and Dwarfs.
Also appearing are Division One teams Gold Stars and Mine Stars, BA United and Kintampo United, KFC and Great Farisco and Division Two teams Zebi and Mighty Jets.
A Press Release issued by Mr Isaac Addo, Administrative Officer of the GFA copied to the GNA Sports said match officials who handled the above matches are also to appear before the Committee alongside the clubs.
In a related development, Alhaji Abdul Karim Gruzah, Chairman of Kumasi King Faisal and his son Kamel Gruzah have also been summoned to appear before the Committee. Other individuals summoned before the Committee are Frank Kyeremeh player of Kintampo United, Awudu Musah and Papa Thiam player and coach of Hasaacas respectively.
The rest are Referees Agyemang Duah, Felix Ameh, S.K. Annor and Sampson Kwao and officials of the Greater Accra Football Association. The statement said the invited clubs and individuals are to bring along the evidence so as to expedite their respective cases. It said failure to submit such evidences would compel the Committee to strike out the affected cases for want of prosecution.
