Accra, Feb. 25, GNA - The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has reminded a number of Division One League clubs to submit their strips for home, away and optional jerseys for the 2007/2008 League season to the Secretariat latest by Friday, February 29.
"The Clubs are to take note that strip must be worn showing shirt, shorts and hose indicating the front and back views". Mr Emmanuel Gyimah, Deputy general Secretary of the GFA said this in a press release copied to the GNA Sports on Monday.
He said the directive is in pursuant to Article 17, (1a) of the GFA's Regulations, therefore defaulters would be sanctioned according to Article 17 (2) and Articles 34 (6a) and 34 (7). The affected clubs include Bolga Upper Stars, Yeji Stars, Bolga Juventus,B.A. United, Aduana Stars, Bechem United, Kintampo United, Wa F/C, Mine Stars and Tarkwa United.
The rest are Kaaseman F/C, Soccerwise, Dwarfs, Venomous Vipers, Royal Knights, Midjiland, Kade Hotspurs, Power F/C and Maxbees.
