Ghanaian youngster Godsway Donyoh has revealed that injuries have put so much pressure on him as he seeks to help Falkenberg maintain their Swedish Allsvenskan status.
The 19-year-old, who is owned by Manchester City, is on a season loan with the Swedish minnows but has been hit with various degrees of injuries this season.
“It has not been a great season for me in terms of injuries, I have been out for sometime so I was a little bit destructed,” Donyoh told Goal Ghana.
“It has little pressure on me now because I want to help Falkenberg remain in the Allsvenskan, the coach and the players believe in me so I don’t want to disappoint them.”
He added: “My relationship with coach Henrik Larsson is so good and working out well but he is not happy with my injury problems because the team needs me.”
Donyoh hinted he will like to go back to the Etihad Stadium next season. “I will love to go back to City because being owned by a big club is great and makes you proud.”
