Ghana international Hamidu Dramani is hoping to seal a dream move to the Premier League before the transfer deadline next month.
The Lokomotiv Moscow winger came close to joining Stoke City twice last season but a move never materialised much to his regret.
Reports in his homeland suggest that Dramani, who can also play as a striker, is now a target for Hull City boss Phil Brown, with the Tigers desperate to end their search for a fresh face up front.
Such reports have excited the versatile 23-year-old and he insists he is desperate to finally land a dream move to the "best league in the world."
"I was very close last season to join the best league in the world, this time I want it to happen," he said.
"I love English football - the passion, the stadiums, the respect of the players, it is the best football in the world."
