Former England International Emile William Ivanhoe Heskey has meted out his advise for talented Ghanaian international Jordan Ayew who has been targeted by numerous clubs in Europe after his side Aston Villa got relegated in the 2015/2016 EPL campaign.
Ayew ended up as the top scorer of Aston Villa with seven goal in all competitions, showing great promise in his first season in a troubled Aston Villa team who recorded the worst record in the EPL after accumulating 17 points out of 38 matches.
Heskey who himself played for Villa having spent three seasons making 92 appearances has reiterated the talent Ayew posses and his next move will become very crucial in annexing his full talent.
In a post match interview in the Vodafone Unity Match played in Ghana, Heskey said : “He’s at a big club,but he obviously has to look over himself going forward in his career and doing what is right, he has to sit down with his representatives,he’s got a mega star Father who he can call on advises as well his family at large”.
Heskey who got relegated with Birmingham in 2005/2006 join Wigan Athletic making 82 appearances scoring 15 goals and has since retired from active football with Bolton Wanderers being his last team he played for.
