Controversial board member Dr Nyaho Tamakloe is not among 100 top shareholders at the financially-stricken Ghanaian powerhouse.

The former diplomat, known for his constant rants and attack on journalists and supporters, has been exposed as being among the least shareholders at the struggling side.

According to the often reliable Accra-based Asempa FM, Dr Tamakloe’s contributions are insignificant despite his constant harangue at the local media.

The politician, who is largely perceived as a ‘talkative’, took Ghanaian journalists to the cleaners during a recent Annual General Meeting in Accra for questioning the direction of the club.

It has now emerged that the medical practitioner is not recognized as one of the most influential personalities at the club as his paltry financial contribution has done little to save the club from it crippling financial enigma.

Dr Tamakloe is ranked 102 with 1,000 shares in a long list which has current majority shareholder and close confidant Togbe Afede XIV topping with a reported 2 million shares.

The highly-measured board member Frank Nelson ranks second with celebrated former board chairman Ato Ahwoi in third position.

Ghana’s vice-president Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur is fourth with former Chief Executive Fred Crentsil in fifth to complete the top five cast.

The revelation is a damning verdict on Dr Tamakloe, who seems to have caused massive disaffection among Hearts fans due to his constant outbursts.

Dr Tamakloe is currently at loggerheads with his own political party, opposition New Patriotic Party for his constant attack on it flag bearer Nana Akufo-Addo and the leadership of the party pontificating sanctity.
