Hearts of Oak striker Ezekiel Tetteh insists he is unfazed by the daunting pressure at his new club as he looks set to make his debut against Ebusua Dwarfs on Wednesday.
The ex top scorer for second tier club Okwawu United was one of the local marquee signings made by the club in the secondary transfer window.
Tetteh who last played for Sporting Mirren is however yet to feature for the Phobians due to injury.
The striker is oozing confidence and ready to give his all having been declared fit for Wednesday’s Premier League clash against Ebusua Dwarfs.
Tetteh says he is not afraid of the enormous pressure that comes with being the hitman for Hearts of Oak.
“In this world when you are afraid of making mistakes you will always be liable to making mistakes,” he said at the pre-match press conference on Monday.
“I am here to work. When I play, I play with all my heart.
“When the pressure comes I know how to deal with the pressure.”
Hearts will be looking to close the gap on leaders Asante Kotoko with a home win against struggling Ebusua Dwarfs.
The Phobians are in search of their first home win since the start of the second half of the season.
Coach Mohammed Polo’s side will be desperate to banish the hurt of the humiliating 3-0 loss suffered against Wa All Stars the last time they played before their home fans at the Accra Sports Stadium.
