At long last the storms seem to have calmed down paving way for absolute calm in the camp of Tano Bofoakwa. The current state of affairs was brokered when messers, Nana Obiri Boahen, Otu Essel and Eric Ansah Ankomah called for a crisis meeting involving all the stakeholders on January 3, 2004 at which a nine-point resolution was reached.

Among the resolutions passed, the chairman of Tano Bofoakwa, Mr. Adjin Tetteh is expected to write to the Board of Directors to rescind his decision of resignation as chairman of the club. The board would meet to take a decision on the matter based on performance and the statement of accounts due to be submitted.

It was also resolved that Joseph Adjin should write to DIRECTORS, GFA, GHALCA, PLB, Press etc to retract the contents of his letter concerning the supposed missing registration cards of the players of Bofoakwa. Mr. J.Y. Appiah, the Ag. Chairman of Board of Directors was also asked to do same.

Again the stakeholders came to concensus that the case pending at Sunyani police station, which led to the arrest of the Team Manager, Kwadwo Ayama regarding the supposed missing cards should be discontinued forthwith. The statement issued said the cards are in the custody of the Ag. Board chairman, J.Y. Appiah who is also the chairman of GHALCA.
