Afriyie Acquah has regained full fitness and handed a starting role in Torino line-up to face Cagliari in the Serie A on Sunday night.
He will partner Daniele Baselli as coach Sinisa Mihajlovic seeks to halt his side chain of defeat.
The Ghana international suffered a thigh injury in the 4-0 defeat at Juventus before the international break.
He missed the 2018 World Cup qualifier against Uganda and the friendly in Jeddah against Saudi Arabia.
Acquah returned and was an unused substitute in the defeats to Roma and Fiorentina.
The 25-year-old has made four appearances this season.
