Accra, April 1, GNA - Five candidates have submitted their names for election at the next congress of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to occupy a slot on the next Management Board of the GFA. The Congress is scheduled for April 14 to 16 at the Civil Aviation Centre in Accra.
Accra, April 1, GNA - Five candidates have submitted their names for election at the next congress of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to occupy a slot on the next Management Board of the GFA. The Congress is scheduled for April 14 to 16 at the Civil Aviation Centre in Accra. According to Mr Kofi Nsiah, General Secretary of the GFA, the five candidates are from the constituent bodies of the association. They are Kofi Twumasi-Ankrah, Deputy Superintendent of Police representing the Security Services Sports Association (SESSA), Mr Jordan Anagbla from the National Juvenile Council (NJC) and Mr A. Dendabe representing the Ghana University Sports Association (GUSA). The rest are Matthew Narh Doe of the Regional Football Associations (RFA'S) and Ms Helena Cobbinah, representing Women Football.
