Scottish premier league, Hearts, midfielder Laryea Kingston could be forced to miss the club's final match of the season at Kilmarnock next week after suffering a painful foot injury in the derby victory over Hibernian.

The Ghanaian, who is being allowed to play after Hearts appealed to the Scottish Football Association over his three-match suspension, had to be substituted in the second half of the 2-0 win.

Kingston later told Setanta 1 it was too early to determine how serious the injury would prove. "I don't know because I still feel pain," he said. "I cannot stand on it or walk on it. I will see my physio and see the outcome of that."

Goals from Michal Pospisil and Andrew Driver gave Hearts all three points from the Bank of Scotland Premier League clash.

Kingston added: "We have to keep our heads up and concentrate on our game.

"The win was a very good win. It's important we grabbed the three points.

"We are looking forward to next weekend to grab the three points and I'm sure Aberdeen are going to drop points against Rangers and Celtic."
