Celebrated Law Lecturer and Ace Sports Broadcaster, Moses Foh Amoaning has cautioned the Ghana Football Association on a supposed plan to withdraw their services to the Black Stars and other national teams.

There is no denying that there is a rift between the Ghana Football Association and the Ministry of Youth of Sports headed by Nii Lante Vanderpuije judging from recent comments from both camps.

But a supposed plot by the GFA currently gaining grounds to withdraw their services to the national teams is seen by many neutrals as having the tendency to throw everything out of gear.

Moses Foh Amoaning, one of those neutrals speaking to Adam Adjei on Kasapa Fm’s Sports Stadium on Saturday pleaded with the Ghana FA to reconsider the decision if it is true because it will not inure to the benefit of anybody.

I have heard from the grapevine that the GFA wants to withdraw its services to all the national teams but I do not know how true it is. If it is true, I will plead with them (GFA) not to think about it. They should be calm because there are elders in the country to help solve the misunderstanding between the two bodies (GFA and MOYS).

I am saying this because we have our last AFCON qualifier in September and we are also close to the commencement of the World Cup qualifiers. You will agree with me that the Egyptians are bent on avenging the 6-1 humiliation they suffered in the hands of Ghana and so we have to start planning early. We need everybody on board to ensure there is a smooth qualifying campaign.

Ghana plays Rwanda in her last AFCON 2017 qualifier in September, 2016 and also begins the 2018 World Cup qualifying campaign in October, 2016 against Uganda and trek to Egypt a month later to round up the year.
