GFA defers decision on Lawrence Adjei

The Player Status Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has again deferred Lawrence Adjei?s case to 13 February following the failure of Asante Kotoko officials to turn up at the committee?s meetings on two occasions.

Information gathered from the FA?s secretariat indicates that, the committee would have its final sitting on the appointed date, after which a decision would be taken. Kotoko?s newly appointed Interim Management Committee are expected to attend the sitting.

Adjei, who was unsuccessful in his professional stint in Russia, is seeking a floating status from the GFA as well as a temporal International Transfer Certificate to enable him re-launch his in Ghana.
