The Ghana Football Association has invited 45 youth players to camp in preparation for impending international matches of the national Under 17 team, the Black Starlets.
The players are to report at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2 with their training kits.
They are Frank Appiah, Owusu Sekyere, Isaac Amadu, Aminu Mohammed, Ebenezer Sackey, Razak and Shamadan (all of Academicals). Frank Ankoh and Emmanuel Armah (Western Region)
Kwadwo Opuko, Naim Shaibu, Ellis Samuel, Rahman Alhassan, and John Quansah (Goldfields Academy)
From the Ashanti Region are Osei Frimpong, Emmanuel Anefi, Owusu Debrah, Isaac Sraha and Kofi Abanga.
The five players from the Greater Accra Region are Felix Baffoe, Mark Ansah Emmanuel Jackson, Mozart Adjetey and Yaw Adams. -
Hamidu Alhassan, Awal Issa and Mohammed Alhassan are from the Northern Region while Francis Gyepi and John Egyir represent the Central Region and Nayaro Alhassan, Atia Sumaila and Kwesi George stand out for the Upper East Region.
Others are Rufai Sanni from the Eastern Region, Jacob Amissah of Mighty Invaders (Accra) Bobbu Charlton from Richco F/C (Kumasi) the Feyernood duo of Martin Paddy and Joseph Aryeetey and Liberty's Thomas Tuaka.
The rest are Easmon Sackey (Field Marshal Babies F/C) Eric Bekoe (Antwerp F/C) Courage Barawusu (Tema) Mumuni Bawa (Fauzan Academy) Alex Akobea (Goodies F/C) Douglas Nkrumah (Mamobi Youth F/C) and Kofi Bekoe (Nania F/C)
