GFA settles Charles Taylor saga

Accra, Aug. 2, GNA - The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has said it had reached an agreement to settle Charles Taylor's transfer issue to enable him continue professional football with immediate effect. It said in a statement that the player was thus, qualified to play for Asante Kotoko Sporting Club.

Accra, Aug. 2, GNA - The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has said it had reached an agreement to settle Charles Taylor's transfer issue to enable him continue professional football with immediate effect. It said in a statement that the player was thus, qualified to play for Asante Kotoko Sporting Club. The statement signed by Mr Kofi Nsiah, GFA General Secretary said, the association has also finished with its investigation into the issue of dud cheque as part consideration of Charles Taylor's contract with Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club and would inform the general public soon. 02 Aug, 2003
