Accra, March 29, GNA - The Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) and Kumasi Asante Kotoko Football Club are scheduled to appear before the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) on Thursday, March 31.
This is in respect of the withdrawal of Kotoko from the 2005 edition of the Coca Cola Top Four Tournament early this year, which compelled GHALCA to refer them to the Committee.
Also to appear is Mr Jerry Asare, Accra Representative of Kotoko who was also referred to the Committee by GHALCA as result of the boycott staged by Kotoko during the competition.
Mr Jones Abu Alhassan, a Director of Real Tamale United (RTU) and the Accra Representative of the Club has also been invited to appear before the Committee.
The Committee has also thrown an invitation to two Division One clubs, Bronkyempem and Topsymore to answer disciplinary charges.
Mr Isaac Addo, Administrative Officer of the GFA in a statement copied to the GNA Sports urged the clubs and the individuals invited to endeavour to appear before the Committee with their evidence for speedy resolution of their cases.
