Chairman of the Ghana league clubs association, Mr.J.Y.Appiah together with other leading members of his outfit have revealed their intention of leaving Tudu MightyJets to their own fate as they battle the Ghana Football Association in what seems to be a rather never ending legal war.
The GHALCA officials said they have no intention of intervening since MightyJets did not inform them before taking the legal action against the G.F.A,more so wnen they refused to listen to congress, when they adviced them to serve 6 months of their ban and later come back to ask for pardon.
The visibly unhappy GHALCA officials re-echoed that Tudu MightyJets as mighty as they are have fended off initial ban but however another ban was inevitable regardless of the outcome of the ongoing legal tussle, since the laws of the F.A have it that any club that takes the assocition to court ceases to be part of the F.A for a period of time to be determined by the disciplinary team of the association.
GHALCA believes that it would be unfair to let Tudu MightyJets go unpunished since Susubiribi and about 7 other clubs have all been suspended before by the disciplinary panel of the G.F.A for taking similar actions against the local soccer governing body(G.F.A).
Mr.J.Y.Appiah, chairman of GHALCA extended his sympathy to those single bank rollers of division one clubs who are paying their players every month thogh the players themselves are yet to kick a ball due to the injunction placed on the division one league.
