Berekum Chelsea technical director Hans Van der Pluym said the title is now the Blues’ to lose with three games to end the season.
The 2010 Ghana Premier League champions thrashed title rivals Medeama SC 3-0 on Sunday at the Golden City Park to move to the top of the standings with a two-point lead.
The former Heart of Lions coach said his team’s dream of winning the league is now in their own hands and will make sure to win the rest of the games.
“We play well against Medeama on Sunday and that was the perfect response we needed after our defeat against Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports Stadium last week,” the Dutchman told Goal Ghana.
“It is our dream to win the league and I think now we have to think about our next match. We are going to take it match by match but we will have to win all the three remaining games at all cost.”
The Blues will next play away to Berekum Arsenal and Heart of Lions and in between the two games, they have a home tie against former Ghana Premier League champions Aduana Stars.
