Getafe outdoor Bernard Mensah

Bernard Mensah has been unveiled as a Getafe player after completing a one-year loan from Atletico Madrid.

The Ghana midfielder completed a 10 million euro move from Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes on Wednesday, signing a 5-year deal with the former La Liga champions.

Allsports understands the 20-year-old will join his new team mates to England for pre-season on Friday.

Mensah, who scored five times in 30 games for Vitoria, made his debut for Ghana in a match against Togo on 8 June and scored the only goal of the game.
