Ghana duo head for trials in Holland

Defender Samuel Enzemaba and midfielder Seidu Yakubu have begun trials with Dutch side FC Groningen on Thursday.

The two Ghana youth internationals impressed Dutch scout Grads Fuhler while on Under-20 duty and will train with the Eredivisie's junior team.

20-year-old Enzemaba, plays for Premier League club Real Sportive, while the versatile 19-year-old Yakubu plys his trade for Tema Youth.

Managing director of Groningen, Hans Nijland, told KickOff Ghana's official website that the duo will be observed for two weeks before a decision is made on their future with the club.

Ron Jans's side have produced consistent performances in the Dutch top league over the past decade and are currently in seventh position.
