Ghana have been handed a tricky route to the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations as the Black Stars have been drawn in Group E of the qualifiers to face Guinea and neighbours Togo.

The Black Stars will also face a yet to be determined opponent, as they attempt to qualify for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.

One of Madagascar, Uganda, Mauritania or Equatorial Guinea will join the Black Stars in Group E.

Seven Group winners, seven Group runners-up and the best third-placed side will qualify for the tournament.

This means the top two teams in each group will secure automatic places at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations while the best third placed team in the entire qualifying campaign will also gain a place.

The six group games will be played between September 5 and November 19, 2014.

Ghana have always found it difficult beating Togo and Guinea and the matches will not come easy for the Black Stars as they seek to qualify for Morocco.

The draw for the final round of qualifiers for the Orange Africa Cup of Nations – Morocco 2015 was held on Sunday afternoon at the CAF headquarters in Cairo. The Finals, in Morocco, will be played from the 17th of January to the 8th of February 2015.

The four groups will be based in Marrakech, Agadir, Rabat and Tangier. The opening ceremony in Marrakech will only have one fixture – the Opening Match of Group A.

The second fixture of Group A will be played on 18th January which will also have two matches of Group B.
