Ghana’s place in the ranking of African Soccer has dropped to the 10th position. South Africa, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Nigeria and Cameroon, are all leading Ghana in the latest rankings.
South Africa placed first in the fifty-two-country ranking followed by Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt in that order. African Champions, Cameroon surprisingly placed fifth with Nigeria coming seventh.
Somalia placed 52nd with Seychelles and Djibouti taking the 50th and 51st positions respectively.
Ghana’s position in the latest FIFA ranking for African countries is attributable to the poor performance of the Black Stars in the World Cup qualifiers.
