Ghana’s final 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Rwanda next month will be played at the Accra Sports Stadium on 03 September, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
The decision to play in the capital will make it easy for the Black Stars to fly out to Moscow for a friendly against the 2018 FIFA World Cup finals hosts.
Ghana have already played and won all two previous home qualifiers against Mauritius and Mozambique in Accra.
In June 2015, the Black Stars began their campaign with 7-1 mauling of Mauritius and then beat the Mambas 3-1 this March.
The four-time African champions have already qualified for next year’s AFCON tournament in Gabon.
