Bright Addae will leave tonight to join Italian Serie A side Ghana youth defender Bright Addae will leave for Italy on Tuesday night ahead of completing his move to Italian Serie A side Parma.

Addae signed a four-year pre-contract last year but was regarded a minor to sign a professional contract.

He turns 18 next month and that will pave way for first team football at the Stadio Ennio Tardini.

“He will train with the first team for at least two months before his move is made official during the January transfer window. They liked him when he went trial last year and he must prove himself at the club,” Fifa agent Oliver Arthur told Ghanasoccernet.com

“I believe Italy is the best players for our young players to hone their talents and Bright is no exception. If things go well, the nation can count on him in the future.”

The Wa All Stars player made cameo appearances for the 2009 Fifa Under-20 World Cup winning team.

Addae is key member of the current Ghana Under-20 team which will defend the African title at next year’s continental championship in Libya.
