All four Ghanaian players were in action for Columbus Crew who reached the final of the 2017 MLS Eastern Conference final despite a second leg 2-0 defeat at New York City FC.
Midfielder Mohammed Abu and defenders Jonathan Mensah and Harrison Afful lasted the entire duration.
Defender Lalas Abubakar came on in the 76th minute to replace Ola Kamara.
Columbus Crew advanced to the final against Toronto FC in three weeks time 4-3 on aggregate.
The first leg will be at the MAPFRE Stadium on Tuesday, November 21
The Black and Gold will then travel to Toronto for the Second Leg on Wednesday, November 29
