Tutu broke the deadlock after a smart counter-attack a mere minute into extra-time while Kusi Asare added a second with only seconds to go.
The final will now be played at the Arnold-Schwarzenegger ground in Graz rather than Vienna's 50,000 Ernst-Happel stadium
