Gideon Baah slowly healing after career threatening injury

Ghana and New York Red Bulls defender Gideon Baah is slowly getting back to the pitch after he suffered a career-threatening injury some few weeks ago against Portland Timbers.

The Ghanaian picked up the injury with fears that he could be out for the rest of the season after Tibia complications.

The former HJK Helsinki defender has already undergone surgery but looks to be healing ahead of the time.

He has overtaken the first stage of recovery and there are genuine hopes of a an earlier than expected return to the pitch for the young defender.
