Gideon Jung set for dream Bundesliga debut for Hamburg

Ghanaian starlet Gideon Jung is set to mark his Bundesliga debut for Hamburg SV ahead of the opening German top-flight clash against champions Bayern Munich on Friday.

The 20-year-old has been impressive in the off-season for the Dinosaur ahead of their trip to the Allianz Arena.

The Ghanaian will form the central midfield with newcomer Albin Ekdal and Lewsi Holtby.

He spent majority of last season with Hamburg’s U23 squad where he scored five times in 26 games but has been drafted into the senior team for the first time.
