Giresunspor terminate contract with Abdul Adam

Giresunspor have parted ways with Ghanaian striker Abdul Basit Adam less than a month after joining the Turkish second-tier side.

The 20-year-old signed a two-year contract and was unveiled by the club after leaving South African side Free State Stars.

The former New Edubiase attacker endured a difficult spell at the South African side last season due to recurrent injuries.

He made only seven appearances and scoring twice in the process.
