Mr. Kwaitoo said the two bodies must work hard and develop strategies to improve the finances of the club, as well as adopt realistic policies to attract more supporters to patronize matches of the team. He reminded the two bodies to operate within their terms of reference to avoid conflicts and misunderstanding. "You are both working to promote the interest of the Club therefore all your attention should be focused only on that goal," he added. Mr. Kwaitoo also advised the leadership to be transparent, improve their relations with the public and the media and motivate the players to give-off their best. He appealed to organizations and individuals to sponsor the club financially to help it maintain its status in Ghana's elite football circles. Mr. Kwesi Anwuboh, Secretary to the Board pledged that the members of both bodies would collaborate and work in the best interest of the club. He said they would work hard to ensure that a permanent Board was appointed to take over the administration of the Club in the nearest future. The Secretary stressed that since funding of clubs was expensive there was the need for all supporters and the general public to come to the aid of their teams to develop. The Interim Management Committee has Ben Nanabanyin Eyison as its Chief Executive Officer. The club was founded in 1931.
