Hearts Sack Laryea

Former Black Stars winger Laryea Kingson will not be part of Coach C.K. Akunnor’s plans for the 2012/13 league season, DAILY GUIDE SPORTS understands.

A source close to the Rainbow family revealed that the player failed to report for the team’s pre-season trip to Sekondi last Monday; and this has angered coach Akunnor, who has consequently declared that there is no place for the player in his team.

The source indicated that the player was apparently playing a friendly (wonkyedi) game at Nungua, hence his failure to join his colleagues.

His action has forced the technical team to put him and other senior players on transfer.

Hearts are currently pitching camp in Sekondi ahead of the Top 4 and the 2012/13 league season.

Laryea rejoined Hearts midway the 2011/12 league season after a professional career in Europe.
