Hearts of Oak board member Frank Nelson claims the club's centenary friendly against Enugu Rangers will be a sell-out on Sunday.

The Phobians will climax the celebration of 100 years of existence with the game against the Nigerian side at the Accra Sports stadium.

Rangers, lying fifth on the Nigerian Premier League table, will tackle Kwara United on Wednesday before they emplane for the fixture in Ghana.

Hearts on the other hand are sitting atop the Ghana Premier League.

Nelson is optimistic the game will attract a full house despite their inability to meet the financial demands of European giant Manchester United and Barcelona.

"If you look at the calendar in Europe, teams are buckling up and be on top. Enugu is a fine club and they will prove a stern test for us on Sunday," Nelson told Accra-based Citi FM

"They’re not doing badly in their league and we believe the game will be a fantastic one in Accra.

"We're expecting the stadium to be full capacity because this is our centenary year and the day belongs to our teeming fans."

Hearts have chalked some remarkable successes on the pitch since it was established in 1911.

They have basked in 20 League titles, 9 FA Cups, 7 Ghana Sports Writers Cup, 4 Gala title and 3 Ghana Top Four trophies.

They capped an incredible existence by clinching the African Champions League in 2000 and the Confederation Cup in 2004.
