Former Public Relations Officer of Accra Hearts of Oak, Muheeb Saeed has described the current management leadership style as novices.
The Phobians have come under pressure for failing to pay their players for three months and the sudden resignation of stop gab coach Yaw Preko who is set to join Ifeanyi Ubah in Nigeria.
The club was expecting to clinch the 2015/16 season league title after starting the season on a good run but couldn’t make decisive decisions.
The pressure kept on increasing when the club mutually parted ways with American-Japanese tactician Kenichi Yatsuhatshi and was replaced by Sergio Traguil but was later to the U-20 team due to unimpressive results.
Muheeb, was once the club’s mouthpiece is convinced the novices appointed by the Togbe Afede XIV are the main cause of the team’s problems.
Speaking to Kumasi based Nhyira FM, Muheeb said, “All the waste going on in the camp of Hearts are because the team is run by tyros who have inadequate knowledge about football.
“Togbe has appointed novices rather than experienced guys who have what it takes to run the club”. Muheeb said.
Muheeb’s attack adds to a number of people who have criticized Togbe and his charges for the seeming abysmal run of the 19 time league champions.
Hearts of Oak finished the season at the 3rd position with 48 points and will be looking forward to improve in the 2016/17 season.
