Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Soulama Abdoulaye has praised his teammates after their 2-1 win over Ashanti Gold on Sunday in the Ghana Premier League.

Two second-half goals from Dauda Cosmos, gave the Phobians their first win at the Len Clay Sports Stadium since 2007, despite a late consolation from Awudu Nafiu.

And the Burkina Faso goalkeeper insists their secret is hard work.

"We don’t have any secret. It is hard work and dedication from the team that's why we won against Ashanti Gold. Now, I think our confidence and fighting spirit is back," the 36-year-old told club's website.

"I congratulate all the players, the technical team, the board chairman [Togbe Afede] and supporters because everywhere we go, they keep following us. I give a lot of credit to our supporters," he added.

The last time Hearts won in Obuasi, they matched on to win the league title with 58 points. They will host Asante Kotoko in the first leg of the 'Super Clash' in matchday ten by the weekend.
