Ghana's Hearts of Oak and Zamalek of Egypt will be the two African representatives at next year's World Club Championship in Spain after Hearts booked their ticket with victory in Sunday's African Champions League final. Africa's representation has been increased for the second World Club Championship to be played in mid-year.
Hearts qualify as Champions League winners and Zamalek by virtue of their success in the African Cup Winners' Cup earlier this month.
Hearts, whose Champions League title on Sunday was their first continental success, will take a fast-paced, free-flowing style to the tournament while Zamalek will rely on a strong physical presence and organised defence.
