Ghana Premier League side Hearts of Oak were denied access to the playing field of the Accra Sports Stadium on Tuesday morning due to lack of payment.
Scottish trainer, Frank Nuttall, and his charges were left frustrated after they were denied entry to the playing field in what was supposed to be a training session for the Phobians.
According to sources, the team planned to train from 7:30 amon Tuesday but the inner perimeter of the stadium was locked by the National Sports Authority.
Further checks revealed the NSA was demanding money before they grant the team access to the field.
The Phobians are preparing for their MTN FA Cup round of 16 clash against Young Wise slated for this weekend in Kasoa.
