Ghana Premier League (GPL) giants, Hearts of Oak will float shares next month (July) for interested football adminstrators to purchase and own part of the club, Sportscrusader.com can confirm.

The Phobians floated shares in 2011, and Sportscrusader.com sources has revealed that the Club will be embarking on another shares floatation exercise to attract more capital and resources.

According to sources the purpose of the floatation of the shares will succour the team to a strong financial backing in the near future, after the first one failed to meet its desired target.

Sources described the shares floatation as “the right issue,” explaining that the shareholders want to be entreated to buy more shares in the club, and none shareholders will also be given the room to buy shares.

The club will be floating two hundred and twenty million Ghana cedis (GH¢ 220.00 m).

The specific date for the floatation of shares is unclear, but it will begin early July.

The club also intent to embark on nationwide supporters registration.
