Hearts of Oak gaffer Kim Grant has earned the praises of his skipper Fatawu Mohammed after the side’s 3-2 win iver Liberty Professionals on Wednesday.
A brace from Manaf Alhassan was increased by Kwadwo Obeng Jnr to give the Phobians a 3-0 lead after first half.
But a relentless Liberty side rallied back to score two second half goals to reduce the tally.
And Fatawu insists the players have improved on their fitness since the arrival of the gaffer and can now play without any signs of tiredness.
“Kim is a very good coach, especially when it comes to training and physical issues. He is much interested in our fitness,” he told Footballmadeinghana.com
“This is the fitness that helps us now. We were lacking fitness before his arrival. But now everyone in the team is fit. We don’t feel any tiredness during our games,” he added.
Kim Grant took over the Accra Hearts of Oak coaching job last year November and has been working tirelessly to bring back the glory days of the club.
